I would like to join the MentorEdge Mentor Network and consent to receive communications, updates, collaboration opportunities, mentorship requests, academic-industry engagement opportunities, research initiatives, workshops, webinars, innovation programs, and networking opportunities with students, institutions, startups, researchers, corporates, and other stakeholders. I understand that only my professional details such as name, designation, organisation, domain expertise, achievements, mentoring interests, and profile summary may be displayed on the platform for professional networking and mentorship purposes. My personal contact details such as email ID, phone number, and postal address shall not be publicly disclosed without my consent.

I consent to receiving communications from MentorEdge regarding platform updates, mentorship opportunities, events, research collaborations, publications, training programs, industry connect initiatives, newsletters, and other MentorEdge-related activities via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, telephone, or digital platforms. I understand that my contact details may be shared with authorised technology or communication service providers solely for the purpose of message delivery and platform operations.

I consent to MentorEdge collecting and using my personal data including but not limited to my name, email ID, mobile number, professional profile, organisation, designation, educational qualifications, research interests, social media links, areas of expertise, mentoring experience, publications, photographs, videos, testimonials, and any other information voluntarily submitted by me for the purposes of mentor onboarding, verification, profiling, platform participation, communication, matchmaking, collaboration, and mentorship-related activities.

I understand and agree that MentorEdge may use photographs, videos, testimonials, session recordings, mentor interactions, and event participation content for reports, academic documentation, branding, promotional campaigns, social media, website publication, research dissemination, and other online or offline promotional purposes.

I consent to MentorEdge sharing limited professional information submitted through this onboarding process with partner institutions, universities, corporates, startups, innovation centres, research organisations, sponsors, incubators, accelerators, and ecosystem partners solely for professional collaboration, mentorship engagement, research, innovation, networking, or event-related purposes.

By opting in, I agree to receive WhatsApp, email, or SMS messages from MentorEdge regarding mentorship activities, events, networking opportunities, research collaborations, and platform engagement updates. I understand that my mobile number and email ID may be used for this purpose and may be shared with authorised third-party service providers only as required for message transmission and platform functionality.

I understand that I may request access, correction, modification, withdrawal of consent, restriction of processing, or deletion of my personal data held by MentorEdge, and may also raise any grievance regarding its processing in accordance with applicable laws. Such requests may be submitted through the designated grievance or privacy contact provided by MentorEdge.
